The Woodlands Artist

Where would you put this painting?  It’s called ‘Stone Flow.’  You’d be surprised the peace it exudes; it seems to relax the atmosphere in a room.  These neutral colors working with the blues make me think of stone and water and all the natural forces coming together.  Find it for sale at:
I really love fluid art. When I’m working I find that it’s about one in four or five that turns out - so when I get one like this, it’s cause for celebration! Check out my site.  You’ll be glad you did.

Abominable Baby Bird Painting

This is my ‘Abominable Baby Bird.’ I laugh each time I see him.  Paint pours don’t often turn into something recognizable, so as he formed I helped him along and gave an extra flame treatment (it releases bubbles) along the edges of his wings to get all those little bubbles to surface.  I like it!  I think it gives movement and makes him look a bit frazzled and frizzled. 🙂. Anyway, my crazy bird is for sale at

Comparing Two Paintings

Which of these two paintings do you like best? The first one reminds me of pastel bubbles; the second makes me think of a delta.  Both of these designs are now on all kinds of things that will brighten your home and wardrobe!  They’re having a 20% sale today.

I really ADORE these paint pours and am looking forward to warmer weather when I can make more!

Paint, and Shoulder Problems

Paint.  Lovely, beautiful paint. 🙂. Because I seem to have lost my mind whilst trying to recover from my shoulder surgery, it’s been easier for me to work on abstracts and pouring art.  Though these have their own set of difficulties, it seems I’m better able to do them, and the colors are a really healthy therapy unto themselves.  Sometimes I wonder if I’ll ever recover.  Sleep would be nice.  Just a night’s sleep.

Would appreciate prayers tomorrow; ten weeks out of surgery I still can’t do any work with gravity or my fingers/hand and arm go numb.  Tomorrow I meet my new doctor who will be looking at my nerves.
